ABOUT

 

Incorporated in 1993, Smart Start Preschool houses a uniquely designed facility which incorporates physical fitness into its program in our 1,500 sq. ft. indoor gym.  It is owner operated by its Director and Administrator, Eugene and Deborah Trotta.  Mr. Trotta received his Master’s Degree in Teaching and is certified to teach in both New Jersey and New York.  Our S.O.A.R. Curriculum as well as the 4C Curriculum was designed and developed by Mr. Trotta specifically for the children of Smart Start.

At Smart Start, we believe that with care and understanding each child blossoms into a unique individual.  Small class sizes run by qualified and caring certified preschool teachers give each child individualized attention.  Quality care and a nurturing environment provide your child with a wonderful preschool experience.   

 

Our Business

 

All class rooms at Smart Start are individual and grouped according to age.  Our class sizes are small.  They range from 6 children in a Toddler program to a maximum of 10 children in our Kindergarten program.  All of our teachers are certified teachers in the State of New Jersey.  They are CPR and First Aid trained.
